Terms & Conditions 

Thank your for purchase with Kate Bell Skincare . These are the terms & conditions that affect your purchase.

Please direct all communication with us to  hello@katebellskincare.com with your order number in the subject line. We operate 9-5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to operate 9-5pm on our Instagram or Facebook pages so please direct all communication to us via email to hello@katebellskincare.com. You can place product orders on our website 24/7. Please note our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays and weekends so your order will be processed on the next working day.

We are a small UK based business. We aim to give you a great service. Our aim is to get your delivery out to you in a timely & prompt manner but sometimes these things are out of our control. We use EVRI and Royal Mail to dispatch orders and ofer standard delivery with a 2-4 business day as guidance.

We use Paypal and Stripe to securely take your payment. After your order you will receive an automated email from us with your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with your Evri or Royal Mail tracking details. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the order being placed please let us know. If your order is incorrect or damaged please take a photograph of the order and the packaging asap and email it to us within 7 days. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any errors or damages. After 7 days have passed, we cannot be held responsible for any losses. We are happy to exchange or refund anything within 14 days of the order being placed. These products need to be returned to us with their original packaging intact. Please email hello@katebellskincare.com to arrange a return.

Couriers will sometimes leave your parcels with a neighbour. They will do this if they have attempted delivery and you were not in. If you do not wish this to happen it is your duty to inform us in the order notes. Once your products have been delivered they become your responsibility and we have completed our part of the purchase. If products have been left with a neighbour it is your responsibility to go around and collect your parcel. We cannot do this for you.

All our products (Skincare & Supplements) should be kept out of the sunlight and in room temperature. If you do not store our products correctly they can become damaged by excessive heat, oxygen exposure, or sunlight. We will not refund products if they have been ruined by their storage surroundings.

International Orders:

We do not currently ship outside of the UK
